What we collect
Your name and email, the answers you give in the form (goals, locations, work authorization, skills), the resume text you paste, and basic technical data needed to run the site. Payment details are handled by Dodo Payments; we never see your card number.
How we use it
To run your search, check postings against your profile, write your documents, deliver them to you, take payment, and support you.
Who processes it
We use service providers to operate Roleglass: Dodo Payments (payments), Resend (email), our hosting provider, and an AI model provider that processes your profile and resume to produce results. They may process your data only to provide their service to us.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and we do not send your resume or profile to employers.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists so you can download your reports. You can ask us to delete your account, resume and reports at any time by emailing support@roleglass.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us and we will help.
Security
Sign-in links are single-use and expire after 15 minutes, session tokens are stored hashed, and files are only served to the account that owns them.
